Sarah graduated from the University of Guelph with a degree in adult development and furthered her education with a certification in adult learning. She has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her career has focused on customer operations, business administration and training and development. She has a passion for helping clients and supporting their financial goals.
 
Sarah has recently relocated from London, Ontario to Kelowna. She spends her free time enjoying the outdoors either on the golf course or on the lake. Sarah finds joy in cooking and exploring new restaurants. She is looking forward to making the Okanagan her new home.

With more than 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jamie brings a strong operational foundation and a passion for continuous improvement. She is dedicated to finding ways to streamline processes, enhance client experiences, and support the practice through thoughtful adoption of new technologies. This combination of expertise and forward-looking perspective positions her as a strong partner to both the team and the clients they serve.

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys her life in Alberta, the place she proudly calls home with her two children. She has a lifelong love for the outdoors, a connection that keeps her rooted to her northern Ontario upbringing. When not outside, she finds joy in painting, practicing yoga, and creating meaningful moments with her family.

Whether in her professional or personal life, Jamie values growth, connection and balance. Her ability to combine operational expertise with a people-focused approach reflects the same dedication she brings to her family, her community and the clients she serves.
