Margot was born and raised in the Maritimes and moved to Western Canada to go on to graduate from the University of Victoria. After her graduation, she moved to Kelowna to go on to pursue a 25 year career in the financial services industry. With a strong background in all administrative aspects of investments, insurance, and client operations support, a fitting long-term partnership was formed with Bay & Associates. Outside of business, Margot is extremely busy with 3 grown children, all attending university, running, cycling adventures, triathlons, dragon boat racing, and enjoying every moment of the Okanagan life with friends.

Jade has recently relocated with her family from Saskatchewan to the Okanagan. She has spent her last 9 years professionally working for a utility in a variety of departments and roles. This has finely honed her attention to detail and passion for helping and supporting her team and clients. When not at work, she is kept busy by her young son, two demanding cats, and can usually be found at the beach. She enjoys yoga, running, documentaries, and reading books whenever she gets a free moment.
